As if I haven’t been counting the months. So they said, probation is 3 months or if they aren’t sure, it will be dragged till 6. The funny thing is, i kinda forget about who’s gonna do my appraisal because, seriously i have no idea who my boss was. “was” because, i finally knew after he threw a filled up appraisal form infront of me and ask me to sign it and if i’m not happy with the marks he gave, i can kick his butt with an email. pretty cool isn’t it.
so, this dude, who is like my boss now apparently got promoted. i feel half the reason was because i’m there. he can’t be like on the same par as me. he’s been there for almost 2 years now. oh well, win win position i guess coz he said he will try his very best to make sure i get a confirmation in 3 months. BUT i better behave, now that i know he’s my boss.
P/s: he gives me freelance jobs too. how cool!
cross my fingers and hope that HR approves. or maybe better still, pray.
